Returns Policy
General Information
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Exceptions: Some items, such as personalized products, perishable goods, or final sale items, may not be eligible for return. Specific return policies will be noted on the product page.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions on how to proceed.
Supplier-Specific Policies
- B.Label Products: If there is an issue with your B.Label order, you may be required to return the product directly to the supplier in Mumbai, India. Return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility should the issue be not be related to the supplier or carrier.
- Corkor Products: For accessories such as wallets and cardholders, returns are accepted within 30 days. Primea will cover 50% of the return shipping costs if the issue is supplier-related.
- OG Hemp and Weaving Vibes: As these are specifically bulk shipments, returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the desired replacement. Availability of replacement items may vary.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damage or defect for assessment. We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or refund.
