General Information

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Each supplier may have specific processing times which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
• Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on the supplier's location and the destination. Estimated delivery times are:
  
  B2B Purchases
  
  • Standard: 14 -21 business days 
  
  B2C Purchases
  
  • Standard: 3 -5 or 5-10 business days depending on supplier
  • Express: 14-21 business days
    
    
• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Shipping discounts may be available on select products and orders over a certain amount. 
• Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Multiple Suppliers

• Separate Shipments: If your order includes products from multiple suppliers, they may be shipped separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
• Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost but will be factored in at checkout.
